Group Rates
We would love to offer you an Excellent Wedding Group Rate for you and your out of town guests.

Discounted group rates are available for blocks of 8 or more rooms
A maximum of 25 rooms can be reserved;if more are needed, additional rooms can be reserved with approval from the Sales Department
Discounted rates apply to both standard guest rooms and suites

Special Offer for the Bride and Groom
Don’t forget to ask how you could receive the Celebration Whirlpool Suite Complimentary which features a king bed alongside a cozy two-person whirlpool! Ask the Sales Department for further details and other special offers. This room is offered to the bride and groom at a special rate pending availability.

Rehearsal Dinners and Gift Openings
You can host your rehearsal dinner and/or gift opening right at the hotel. We have a room that will accommodate up to 50 people. You can make your own catering arrangements offering you the flexibility to have just the type of event you'd like. Please check with us on date availability as weekends fill quickly.

Shuttle Services

Shuttle service is available exclusively to your wedding group once reserved
The hotel offers two shuttles: 11 Passenger and 14 Passenger Bus
The shuttle has two time and price options: 4 hours for $135.00 or 8 hours for $195.00
Shuttle is based on a first come, first served basis and will travel within a large mile radius
We create customized shuttle cards for your guests with shuttle times and hotel phone number at no charge

Private Booking Webpage

Country Inn & Suites Plymouth can create a private booking webpage for your guests to book their reservations online.
The webpage can contain customized information, including your story, information on the ceremony, reception, driving directions, the shuttle schedule, gift registry, etc.
You can personalize the webpage to include one photograph and choose your own webpage address

Terms and Conditions

Guest rooms are held until 21 days before the wedding date. After this time, any rooms that have not been reserved will be released back into our general availability so the bride and groom are not responsible for any un-reserved rooms.
Group rates for guest rooms are still available after the cut-off date based on current house availability.
