Banquet and Catering Policies: Weddings
Food and Beverage Service
The offered wedding menus represent a collection of popular and updated menu items suggested by the hotel's caterer. If you don’t see what you desire, please ask about a custom menu. All meals are served buffet style; however, full service is available for an additional charge. Alcoholic beverages are permitted in the function area only. Please ask your catering manager for bartender services.
The hotel is happy to refer wedding specialists such as DJs, florists, wedding cake bakers, officiants and any other rental services you may need to make this day perfect.
All musical entertainment must finish by 11 p.m.
A guaranteed attendance figure is required three business days prior to the function date for all meal functions and is not subject to reduction. If the catering office is not advised by this time, the estimated figure will automatically become the guarantee. The hotel will be prepared to serve five percent over the guarantee.
Charges will be based upon your final guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater. A minimum of 15 people is required for lunch or dinner.
Pricing may be guaranteed, but no more than 90 days prior to the date of your function. A 20 percent taxable service charge and current sales tax will be applied to all food and beverage.
The hotel will be pleased to arrange for any audiovisual requirements for your function. Additional fees may apply.
A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is due at the signing of the contract. The deposit will be added to your final bill. A credit card is required to be on file to guarantee any additional charges.
Final payment and final count are due three business days prior to your event. Final payment must be paid by credit card or cashier's check only.
A security guard must be provided by the hotel for a minimum of four hours at $25.00 per hour if alcohol is to be served. A separate check payable to the guard will be due the same day as the final payment. The hotel does not assume any responsibility for damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left on the premises prior to, during or following any event. Arrangements for security for equipment or merchandise prior to the event can be made through the hotel's catering manager.
Your catering contact will be happy to assist you with centerpieces, etc. The hotel will not permit the affixing of anything to walls, floors or ceilings with nails, staples, tape or any other substance.
