We at the Country Inn & Suites understand that many families have four-legged members. We are pleased to offer pet-friendly Oxford, AL hotel suites to our guests. Our pet policies include the following:
- We will always do our best to accommodate guests with pets in ground floor rooms to allow for outdoor access
- Pets must be on a leash when in public areas
- Pets must not be left unattended in room
The pet fee is $35.00 per pet, per room, per night, but there must be no more than 3 pets per room. Please no large breed dogs; weight limit is 40lbs. The $35.00 does not cover any major damage your pet may cause to the room.
The hotel provides some pet supplies at the front desk; however, availability is not guaranteed. Pets are not allowed in the common areas of the hotel; common areas are the business center, pool, breakfast area, exercise room and the hotel lobby other than during check-in and check-out.
Credit card is required for rooms having pets. NO CASH PAYMENT for rooms with pets.
When you walk your pet outside, please be sure to pick up after them. Disposal mitts for waste are available at the front desk for your convenience.
If you must leave during your stay for any length of time, please leave your pets confined to the bathroom area of the room. This will make potential accidents much easier to contain. Gates are available at the front desk to assist you in this.
You are responsible for your pets. Please keep them on a leash when they are out of the room; the hotel accepts zero liability for accidents involving pets at our property.
Please be respectful of other guests and keep your pets quiet during your stay. Excessive barking or noise will be addressed with a phone call warning to the room with an appropriate time given to calm the pet down. If it occurs multiple times you will be asked to take the pet outside and no refund of the pet fee will be provided.
There is a penalty for trying to circumvent the pet fee and bring in a pet unawares to the hotel staff. Such action will result in a fine of $250.00 applied to your room stay.
We enjoy having pets stay at our facility and will do all that we can to make your stay comfortable. Pet policies vary from one location to another, so be sure to verify pet policies when you make your hotel reservations.
