Try to check in early, if you check in later you get what you get. The hotel will make NO attempt to accommodate you on any requests. Even if you book a specific room there is no guarantee you will get what you booked and they will stick you where ever they feel like. (William N)

The little store inside the hotel was very nice and not to over priced. The lady in the store was wonderful. (JasonRavennaOhio)

“very disappointed in this location”
February 18, 2015
Being a member of the military and traveling for business, I was very disappointed in this location. The check in process was average, and I was not recognized as a Club member. The room was ok as well as the staff. And there was NO complimentary, hot Be Our Guest Breakfast buffet either. I went different times during both mornings and only 2 items were available. No juices either. When I politely asked the employees they were very rude and didn't seem to care. This was one of the reasons why I chose this location. Will be back in this area frequently and I will not stay at this location. So very disappointed as I have enjoyed Country Inns and Suites in the past...

We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the “Be Our Guest” Breakfast. Our goal is to ensure fresh food is provided and that each item is available for all of our guests. Your review gives us the opportunity to correct any deficiencies we may have in our service. I again apologize that we were not able to meet your expectations and we will work to ensure that this does not occur again in the future.

The Country Inn and Suites Universal is worth the money and provides decent lodging with outstanding location. There is a separate shuttle each day from the hotel to: Universal Studios, Sea World, and Walt Disney World. Granted, the times may not be convenient. ( I felt the shuttle to Universal was perfect!!) The lady working the tourism counter was not very professional nor was she very customer service oriented. The breakfast was great, but I would advise eating before 8a. The breakfast seating does get crowded, but I had no issues with the parking lot.
