All registered guests must be 21 or older.
No outside food
may be served in any public area of the hotel.
No private parties are allowed in the breakfast room.
Hotel amenities and facilities are for registered guests only.
To take advantage of our free shuttle, you must stay at least one night at the hotel.
Shuttle departs from the hotel once per hour, on the hour. The shuttle will depart only if prior arrangements for the hour have been made. Please notify the front desk at least 12 hours prior to your desired departure time, as availability is limited.
When arriving at O'Hare Airport, please call the hotel from our courtesy phone. The driver will be dispatched to the airport. The wait time at O'Hare is 20 minutes to one hour.
