The shuttle will only depart if prior arrangements have been made. Please notify the Guest Services at least 12 hours prior to your desired departure time, as shuttle service is limited. Please also schedule your pick up from O'Hare at check in.

When arriving at O'Hare Airport please call the hotel at 847-985-0101 to confirm your arrival. The wait time at O'Hare is 30 minutes to 1 hour. Our shuttle picks up from the Bus/Shuttle Center, located adjacent to the Hilton Hotel, at Door 2.
