“My wife and I have stayed in Country Inn & Suites before at other locations, and those stays were more than exceptional. In Ocala, the staff performed even better than that, and I attribute that to attitude. I don't recall the names of all the staff but the first encounter was with Kwame, then Sheila and Mark. The remainder of the staff falls into the same category as these folks. They were all pleasant, all the time. They were helpful beyond expectations. They were the friendliest staff I've had the pleasure to meet in the longest time while traveling. I have no hesitation about complaining when the service is poor. That's deserved. When the service was as good as in Ocala that deserves mention as well. If nothing else, stop in to say "hello" to the staff.”
