    I was charged for smoking when I don't even smoke. So basically after checking out it is my word against the hotel chain. Why would I smoke in a room when I clearly requested a non smoking room. This is absurd and I have never experienced anything like this in my life. I will never stay at your hotel again.

    Dear Curtis, Thanks so much for your review. Of course we have removed the smoking charge from your bill and refunded your method of payment. After we spoke I researched the issue and removed the charge immediately. It is very rare that this type of issue should arise, however as soon as we are made aware of any billing issue we work to research and resolve the issue as quickly as possible for our customers. My sincerest apologies again, and if there is anything else I can do assist you in this matter I am at your disposal. Thank you again.

    Very nice hotel in a good location - reasonable rates. They had the normal breakfast ready to go by 6am. They offered good selections and the hots were hot and the cold, cold. The breakfast area was clean and the food good. Staff was very friendly. The place was kept neat and clean. I did see some signs of aging, like some delamination of the bathroom door, but by no means was the place in any form of disrepair. I would most likely stay there again.
