    Good value hotel with easy walk to diverse restaurant choices. Clean rooms with reasonable amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Only problem was the breakfast was very limited and needs upgrading in both choice and healthy options. Kellogs cereal packets don't do it...more fruit, cereals and egg choices please.

    “Very nice hotel for the value”

    Everything about this hotel was nice. The room was spacious, bathroom nice and everything worked well. The breakfast was very good. Fresh items and not your typical hotel breakfast - bacon, different kinds of eggs, biscuits, fresh fruit salad (not canned), waffles and much more. Only negative was the dustiness in the room the bathroom counter had not been wiped off, especially the whole surface, behind and around the coffee pot and sides of the counter. I was surprised dusting did not occur between out 2 night stay on other furniture in the bedroom. However, these are minor items for what was overall a very good stay.

    Facilities good. Room, suite very nice and clean for price of $150. No hot water, very uncomfortable to sleep dirty. No adjustments given at check out for this because manager not on duty. Boo Carlson
