    Walls are paper thin, called front desk at 12:00AM to see if they could tell the people above me to quit stomping around. Said unless there was a "party" they couldn't do a thing about it. Garbage truck woke me up at 4:00am. Breakfast was terrible and actually found hair in my eggs. When I complained about the noise at checkout, the front desk said, "ya we get that a bunch" If you want sleep, don't stay here

    We apologize for the disappointing service and quality you received from our hotel. Our team works hard to make sure our guests are comfortable and receive our best service. We want every guest to get a good nights rest and have a yummy breakfast in the morning. It is unfortunate that our staff didn't exceed your expectations on handling your complaints. We truly value you and your companies business and want to make our hotel your "Home Away from Home." I have addressed this with our team, and I assure you we are working diligently to ensure a similar situation does not occur again in the future.     poor exercise equipment, key card dodgy, much of the staff doesn't seem to care. when complaining to hotel staff, nothing was done and in fact, they just got defensive and annoyed. I turned in laundry on Wednesday and it was still sitting there thurs morning. they had not sent it out and did not tell me they it didn't go out. Nice rooms, great location

I understand that you had issues with our Fitness Center euipment, Key cards deactivating, and dry cleaning service.
