Flexible Meeting Space in Meridian, Idaho

Set Up Parameters:

• Theater/Chevron: 40-50 people
• Classroom: 18-27 people
• U-shape: 18-30 people
• Square: 16-24 people

Choose from the following Meridian, ID meeting rooms:

• The meeting room can be reserved for half or full days from 6am to 11pm. It is approximately 672 square feet and can accommodate 50 people depending on the room arrangement, and includes complimentary wireless high-speed Internet access, a TV and VCR, overhead projector and screen, flip charts and a sink.
• The breakfast room is available between the hours of noon and 8pm and can accommodate up to 35 people. We are happy to provide bakery items, coffee, juice, and soft drinks for a nominal fee, or we can assist you in finding outside caterers. Our Meridian, Idaho Hotel staff is ready to assist you to make your meeting a success.
