    “Dirty and Unacceptable Service”

    Firstly, as a premium Club Carlson member, I was not recognized and offered any welcome gift as I expect in all other Club Carlson hotel. Secondly, the carpet is very dirty. Last but not the least, I forgot my charger in the room. I called back one day after the check-out, the agent who answered my phone asked me to call back one day later as the person who is in charge of Lost and Found was not around. I called one day later and got the same answer. Four days later I called again, I was told any unclaimed item would be thrown in the garbage (literally the word used) after two days.... I find the excuse ridiculous and unacceptable.

    We are so sorry for the way the room was presented to you and for the way your concern was handled after check-out. We have discussed the carpet issue with our housekeeping staff and rest assured that this will be worked on immediately. We will also look into the issue that you raised about our lost and found staff and we will definitely take necessary actions to correct this demeanor and prevent this issue from reoccurring. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience these issues may have caused you and we would like to ask for another chance to make it up to you. We promise to provide you with a much better experience and we are hoping that you’ll visit us again soon.
