"I got caught in a terrible ice/snow storm at about 4:00 that afternoon. I was driving from Louisville to Detroit when I made the best decision of my life...to get off the road at Lima. I was greeted by a great staff...three to be exact.., they set up soup and sandwiches, popcorn, coffee, cookies, and granola snacks for all of us weary travelers who did not want to get back in our cars and drive to any local restaurants. What hotel chain does something like that ??? I was so relieved to be off I-75 and so appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, great staff, and wonderful food. Thank you so much to the staff in Lima, Ohio."
