From a dark, Mission-style desk, its owner presides over a collection of art photography, vintage pottery and ceramics, three-dimensional wall art, and interesting toys from past days. Local artists are prominent, and the selection of merchandise also includes jewelry, folk art, glass, silver, and the like. The affable owner is more than happy to assist browsers and to offer details about what's in stock.

DOWNTOWN. Expansive and open, this bright gallery makes available the works of contemporary artists and encompasses the talents of both local and global figures. In the downstairs section, you'll find exhibitions by several artists; the upstairs gallery (accessible by a robust spiral staircase) is devoted to one-person shows. Media include sculpture, photography, wood turnings, kinetic pieces, stonework, oils, and small, whimsical entries.

DOWNTOWN. Representing many local artists, this Victorian Square gallery offers a host of unusual, whimsical, and gestural pieces. Ceramics, glass, mixed media, furniture, acrylics, oils, and even baskets provide a hint of what's available, and many of the smaller scale works are quite affordable. A portion of the gallery is dedicated to the artwork of John Tuska, a local figure who practiced in a variety of media, including sculpture, bronzes, and figural drawings.
