After confirming check-in dates three times for family wedding at this brand new hotel, the hotel gave away our rooms, listed us as no shows and charged us no-show rate twice! Said they tried to call. no record of calls. Took the shuttle that hotel promotes to the wedding; driver did not show at pick up time of 11:00 pm. A charter bus driver who was a guest at the hotel had to pick us up at 12:30 am. Shuttle finally showed up. said he got lost. asked if he had a GPS, he said no. Next day recd bill for check out which was wrong day. Talked with Managers, Crystal and Alan about all of this and they said they would not compensate or do anything to make amends to us or our party of 12 guests for the errors or poor customer serve. Said, "well you had the cheapest room."($99/night). Very Poor and disappointing service for new hotel, if they were looking for return customers or recommending to others.

love the feel of the hotel. I found it to be very inviting and calming. The staff was extremely professional. There was a plumbing problem in our room and it was taken care of immediately. I especially love the swan made from a towel and the rose pedals surrounding it in a heart shape. My husband and I really enjoyed our weekend. We called it our “staycation”.
