This made showering very hard as it didn't spray down only out Showerhead would not adjust and spray down. Should be a curved pipe. Made rinsing your body hard This needs to be replaced. The seat was greyish and looked dirty but was just (I hope) really ol peeling paint peeling paint

    I was charged one week after my checkout and I had to call the hotel to fix it. Not a penny or a dollar but more than 60 bucks. Go Figure. In all fairness the lady said it was done in error and she will reverse it. I hope this was really the case and they weren't out scheming. I work in IT loyalty, so I know sometimes stuff happens; so I just might give them the benefit of doubt this time around.

    I had stayed at this hotel before and it was the first one I called when I had to spend a night in the Kingwood area to attend to the needs of my mother-in-law. The hotel is conveniently located to the facility where she is a patient. It was an extremely hot and humid day but the staff found a room for myself and my spouse for early check in although we had booked the room only 30 minutes before. The room was clean. The airconditioning was cold. The hot tub was hot and the breakfast was better than average. Cookies and coffee at check in were also appreciated. The staff at this hotel is well trained and oriented toward customer service. We will stay here again when we are in the area on business or pleasure.

    First the staff was unfriendly, unapproachable and not helpful. The room was well kept. Housekeeping kept trying to get in our room without knocking and when we were not ready to have the room cleaned their non smiling faces turned to frustrating frowns. The manager and front staff charged my card for a third stay they said I had reserved for. I never did. They did not warn me of the charges or alert me of the possible charges. I found out when my bank called me to ask about possible fraud on my credit card and closed my account. They were charging small increasing increments of monies from my credit card. I had more then enough money to have been charged for a full week if they had tried. The manager refused to fix the issue and return the funds and I had to file a fraud claim with my bank and a complaint with Carlson customer service.
