• The room is 60' wide by 90' long or 5040 square feet of space
• The ballroom/conference center can be split in half by a soundproof wall to accommodate multiple events or flexible needs of the user.
• Seating capacity for a sit down dinner is 400 people.
• Theater seating capacity is 450 or 250 if the room is split in half.
• There is a pre-function area outside the room that is 15' wide by 84' long. There are two entrance doors leading to ample parking.
• Decor within the room is elegant with two crystal chandeliers and an inlay dance floor (20' x 25"). It is also professional with a state-of-the-art sound system, high speed Internet access, elevated platform for speakers, and general professional appearance.
• The room offers full service catering and beverage service. The food options cover breakfast, lunch, dinner and hors d'oeuvres. It can be very basic and casual to the finest dining options available.
• For all events, Lakeview Conference Center has an event coordinator to handle all service needs. That person(s) is here during the event to assure satisfaction.

Critics Corner Pub

• A full service bar that attracts hotel guests, event guests and the general public.
• The decor is designed to be sports orientated with local high school memorabilia mixed with state-college and professional teams.
• Amenities of the bar include a big screen TV, fireplace, variety of styles of comfortable seating, great stereo system, pool table, video games, and complimentary popcorn.
• Along with nightly drink specials, we offer seasonal specials, and live music and events in the pub.
• The Pub can be utilized for semi-private parties. The capacity of the room can accommodate 100 people.
• We are able to convert this room into a business meeting room. Groups of 25 to 50 people in a classroom setting works very well in this area.

Country Retreat Room

• Traditional training or meeting room. Dimensions are 18' x 25' with the capacity of 25 people in theater style seating.
• Dry erase board, access to complimentary high speed Internet, and wet bar to accommodate continental breakfast and beverage needs.
• This room is connected to our breakfast room this offering expanded options of usable space.

Boardroom

• The boardroom is an off sight executive meeting room that is 19' x 18'.
• The boardroom table has 10 leather backed chairs. The room could accommodate more people.
• Dry erase board, access to complimentary High Speed Internet and wet bar to accommodate continental breakfast and beverage needs.
