I would like to thank Kathy Dreistadt and Kathy Williams and Housekeeping. We left a backpack with a computer in it and they found it and very kindly sent it back to us UPS. We are very grateful. All the staff, including the gentlemen that checked us in, were very kind and helpful.

I liked the fact that you had DVDs and books to borrow; that is a very nice touch. I also liked that you had a game room.

I can't say enough about how much I like to stay at this location. Shelly was very helpful in making my reservations. Kathy, at the front desk, went out of her way to find the craft shops in the area for me. She was very helpful at other times also. Tanya in the breakfast room was amazing. I have never seen someone keep that many things for so many people (some mornings were very crowded) so well stocked. She moved without you hardly knowing that she was there, but everything stayed so well stocked. Vernetta, head of housekeeping, acted like she was very glad to see me again. This is the fifth year that I have stayed at this hotel. It is so nice to feel like you have gone back home and your family is glad to see you. The room was spotless. I know because I always take wipes when I travel, to sanitize the bathroom fixtures and the floor. There was not one speck of hair or dust on that floor. Other folks there were very nice, but unfortunately, I did not get their names. I am 65 and have been going to Williamsburg since I was a child. This is definitely my favorite place to stay. Everyone seems to respect each other and work like a team. Thanks for having such a nice hotel.
