Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Raleigh-Durham Airport, NC

It is a real pleasure to stay at this Country Inn & Suites. The staff really go the extra mile to make you feel at home. Every time I visit the staff makes me feel like I have come home to family.

I found all the staff to be extremely pleasant and professional. I felt welcome. I especially like the 5:30 - 7pm reception - that is a very nice touch.

This was one of the nicest hotels that I have stayed in for a while. We were there on the weekend and the weekend rate was very reasonable. Thank you. 

Very large room for a non-suite. The wine and cheese social on Tuesday night was an extremely nice extra. The two men at the front desk at check-in were extra nice. We had to call for directions and they were so helpful.

Staff was extremely helpful, even down to the ladies cleaning my room.

This was great as the chain is a preferred hotel with my company. I enjoyed my stay.

Staff was excellent! I called previous to my arrival and needed directions, they were there when I checked in. WOW! Staff was knowledgeable and friendly, stay was great.

Randy was very helpful. I had to call him from the airport in order to find out what shuttle to take and he checked us in also. We, my sister and I, were very pleased with the kindness shown from the front desk to the attendants. It was nice to see SMILES as we came from Florida - Orlando visiting and it was not as friendly. We are used to the SMILES in Kentucky where we live so it was like being home.
Love Country Inn & Suites and will look for these more when traveling in the future. Thank you.

Staff was quite helpful in arranging for shuttle to airport and quite helpful in arranging for us to leave our car parked in your lot while we were away on our trip.
