You can automatically convert Gold Points to airline miles by calling the Gold Points contact center and requesting Automatic Mileage Redemption. Each time your account reaches 1,000 Gold Points, the points will automatically be converted to 125 miles. Or choose to accrue Gold Points in your account and redeem them for mileage periodically. Earned Gold Points will accumulate until you choose to redeem again.
