Shuttle service is available on an on-call basis and may not be readily available. Shuttling is limited to a 5 mile radius of the hotel. The shuttle van is limited to 11 passengers, and the shuttle bus is limited to 14 passengers. Multiple trips may be necessary to accommodate your group. Shuttle drivers cannot wait for guests that are shopping.
Weekday Shuttle Policy: The Country Inn & Suites Plymouth offers complimentary shuttle service to Carlson Company buildings and other local area businesses within a five mile radius. The shuttle is reserved on a first come basis, and may not be readily available, so please plan accordingly.

This is provided as a service to our corporate customers. Due to the large area we cover, directions to your specific location are appreciated.
Weekend Shuttle Policy: The Country Inn & Suites Plymouth offers weekend shuttle services to Carlson Company buildings, the Rotunda and other event locations. Our shuttle services are contracted in advance with the Sales Manager or Coordinator. There are guidelines that apply:
The shuttle service is in a continuous block of time - 4 or 8 hours are available
The shuttle will run no later than 12:30am unless other arrangements were made within the contract
Shuttle services must be reserved at least two weeks in advance prior to the date
The shuttle cancellation policy is two weeks prior to the first day of the group arrival
Other shuttle destinations must be discussed with the hotel staff directly and are not guaranteed
Distance shall not exceed a 5 mile radius unless prior approved by management
Shuttle Costs:
4 hours - $135.00 plus taxes
8 hours - $195.00 plus taxes
