Our wedding packages include every amenity to assure flawless service for you and your guests

• Use of the Conference Center facilities the day of the reception until 12:30 am.
• A smoke-free reception
• Risers and skirting for the head table
• Podium for guest book and use of an easel (e.g. engagement photo)
• Skirted tables for cake, punch, gifts, place cards, photographs or family tributes
• Linens ~ white or ivory tablecloths with a variety of color options for linen napkins
• Cocktail tables and complimentary cocktail napkins (available in white & green)
• China, silverware and stemware to be used for wine and champagne
• Cake knives are available upon request
• Complimentary pour for head table if champagne or wine is ordered
• Signs to denote reserved seating for family and honored guests
• Set up and tear down of all tables, chairs and risers

Distinctive Additions For Your Special Day

• Equipment rental can be provided: Microphones, screen, LCD projector, TV/VCR/DVD for presentations.
• Host and cash bar options with a variety of spirits and wine available
• Butler served appetizers and/or champagne available upon request for a $50 fee per service

Conference Center Reservations

• Saturday evening rental $625 with a $2,500 food and beverage minimum required
• Friday evening rental: $425 with a $1,500 food and beverage minimum required

To secure a date for a wedding reception, an $800 non-refundable deposit must be received. The deposit goes towards the final bill.

A payment of 75% of the final bill is due one week prior to the reception date. The remaining amount is due after two weeks following the reception.

Keep in Mind
We also provide an excellent location for the Groom's Dinner, featuring a vast array of meal options. All meals are served with complimentary coffee and water.

Gift Certificates
