Directions: Country Inn & Suites by Carlson, Grand Rapids is located just east of I-96, off the 28th Street exit. Head east on 28th st. Take a left into Meijers Main Entrance. There will be a service drive before the actual parking lot. Turn left onto the service drive and follow service road to hotel.

Grand Rapids is the proud home of the Western Hemisphere's largest bronze horse sculpture. The only full-size replica of da Vinci's 'Il Gavallo' stands tall (24 feet, to be exact), overseeing activities at the Frederik Meijer Gardens. The original sits atop a pedestal in Vinci, Italy.
