At time of booking, a $75 refundable deposit is required. At time of checkout, rooms will be inspected and the deposit is returned if there is no damage and all rooms are clean. Table cloths and skirts are available at a nominal extra fee.
Party Guidelinesshall apply. These rules are in effect for the comfort and safety of our guests. Violation of any one rule will result in deposit null and void and may result in removal from premises. Two-week advance notice is required. Contract is required and at time of check-in, a designated contact is required to be named if any accidents or emergencies occur.
