At the Country Inn & Suites in Meridian, we want to make your meeting/event a success. Enjoy our meeting room facilities for your next seminar or party by calling us to reserve the meeting room and/or book guest rooms for your staff or family & friends.

The meeting room can be rented for half or full days.

Our meeting room is approximately 672 square feet and can accommodate 50 people depending on the room arrangement. It is available from 6am to 11pm and includes complimentary wireless high-speed Internet access, a TV and VCR, overhead projector and screen, flip charts/markers and sink.

Set Up Parameters:

• Classroom Style: 40-50 people
• U-Shape Set-up: 30-40 people
• Square Set-up: 25-30 people

Our breakfast room can also be used between the hours of 12pm - 8 pm and can accommodate up to 30 people.

We can provide bakery items, coffee, juice, and soft drinks for a nominal fee, or we can assist you in finding outside caterers. Our staff is ready to assist in making your meeting a success!
