Because we do not have kitchen facilities, hot food options need to be arranged in advance through an outside caterer. We can make the arrangements to your specifications with the caterer of yours or our choice for a sir-charge of $3.00 per person, cost of food/supplies from the outside caterer. Menus for caterers with whom we do business are available upon request.

We offer many audio-visual options for groups and meetings at our hotel, which include:

• Flip chart easel, pads & markers - $15.00 per day
• Overhead projector & screen - $25.00 per day
• Television/VCR - $25.00 per day
• Television - $15.00 per day
• VCR - $15.00 per day
• Screen - $10.00 per day
