My experience began several nights before my initial stay at Country Inn with 'Paula,' as she was the one who made my reservations on the phone. She was very friendly, polite, expedient, and helpful. She then informed me that she would be working during the hours I planned to check in and would be looking for me. Upon my arrival, 'Paula' was the one who greeted me at the front door and promptly got me checked in. I was only there for one night, but the next morning when I was going to breakfast, 'Paula' was the first person I saw. Her cheerful, up-beat demeanor was certainly a pleasant addition to an already great morning. 'Paula' always addressed me by my name, and treated us as if we were the only guest in the motel. 'Paula' is incredible assets to your operation ...take care of her, and model others after her. Less than 'Paula' can easily be found at 'common motels' in your area, which I will not subject myself to a second time. On my next stay at your establishment, I can only hope to have 'Paula' assist me again. Thank you Paula!

Ms.Tabatha, your front desk clerk who worked the nightshift was very nice and kind to me the whole time of my stay. I just want think her for her kindness!!!

Phyllis (recently moved here from a Country Inn and Suites in Jacksonville, Florida) always had a big smile on her face when we saw her. She was very friendly and helpful in her role at the front desk. The breakfast room attendant on Thursday was also a model of friendliness and efficiency, trying to serve us and the huge youth group that arrived the previous evening.

Also, the staff was always in uniform. I appreciated seeing that. That attention to detail impresses me, and you know who to approach if you need help.
