Professional Staff
Your daytime staff saved the day...They were AWESOME! Very friendly, greeted us when we came down to breakfast and they lady in breakfast room is worth her weight in gold. It was my daughter's birthday so she set up a muffin with a candle and sang happy birthday to her...So sweet she was...The lady at the front desk was wonderful. Very speedy yet took the time to talk to us with simple conversation. We are planning one more Florida trip in 2008 and we will have at least 4 in 2009, if we come back again, it will be because of your morning staff....

Friendly Greetings
Mary - Food Service, is a very friendly and nice lady. She always greets me in the mornings before I exit the hotel for work. I have been staying there for a little over a month and she makes sure that I am satisfied with the meals. She has learned and remembers the things that do not agree with me and on those days she ensures that something is ready for me. Victoria is very nice. I came in from work one day and she realized that I was from the same place she was raised and I think I stood there and talked for an hour. She still continued to be very professional and help others that came in. Patricia helped me out when I was in need of trying to find a place for my family and me to move. I am relocating from Georgia and my family has not joined me yet, so her assistance was very helpful. All of the other staff has been very nice also. Always greeting me by my name and a smile. Anything that I have needed since I have been there has just been a call away, even an envelope!

Satisfied Customers
WE were very satisfied with out room and whole Facility Would sway there again. Rooms suit was nice and cozy and very clean good quality of sheets (that is important to me.) Felt good to be able to relax as it felt so lean and fresh.

Feel at Home
Where do I begin - a fabulous establishment and hotel chain - I always stay here and love to. I enjoy and prefer my stays at CIAS above the rest. I feel at home and cozy when I stay there. I seek for them when I travel.

Great Customer Service
As always, the Country Inn & Suites staff was fabulous! As a manager of a high volume customer service live theater, I would hire each of them!
