Transportation
We are pleased to offer transportation to and from your wedding reception. Service is based on availability, shuttle times are not pre-scheduled. Upon check in, guests can let the front desk staff know if they are interested in using the shuttle service. Shuttle service runs on Friday and Saturday nights until 1am.

Room Blocks
A block of rooms can be set-aside for your incoming wedding guests; rooms will be available in the group block up until 30 days prior to the wedding date. After this cut off date, rooms and the group rate are subject to availability. Rates are based on availability and will vary by time of the year.

Private Booking Web Page
A private Web Page can be created for your wedding guests to use to make reservations. The page can contain:

• Information about the ceremony, reception, and directions
• Gift registry locations (name and URL)
• Photo of the bride and groom (jpeg files only)

Reservation Insert Cards
We are happy to provide you with a small insert card with reservation instructions, hotel amenities, and shuttle service information listed on one side, and a map of the area on the back.

Welcome Gifts
We will gladly hand out welcome bags to all of your incoming family and friends upon check in. Welcome gifts can be dropped off 48 hours prior to arrival and must have the name of the reservation attached.

The Wedding Night
We have two whirlpool suites to choose from. Our Luxury Suite has a 4-poster queen canopy bed and a whirlpool for two and a living room area. Our Executive Fire Place Suite has a king bed, whirlpool for two and gas fire place in the bedroom, with French doors that separate it from a living room area. The bride and groom can receive a whirlpool suite for free if 20 guest rooms are used in the block of rooms.

Gift Opening
What convenience! You can hold the gift opening right at the hotel. We have several meeting rooms available that can accommodate up to 50 people for your gift opening. Use just 10 rooms in your guest room block and receive 50% off the Gift Opening room rental fee. Coffee, juice and other refreshments are available. (Guests are not permitted to bring in their own food).
