• Event Center that holds up to 120 people for wedding receptions, groom's dinners, bridal showers, and gift openings (full-service catering available)

Group Rates

• Discounted group rates are available for room blocks of 10 or more rooms
• A maximum of 20 rooms can be put aside per night; if more are needed, additional rooms can be added on once block has filled
• Discounted rates apply to both Single King Suites and Double Queen Guestrooms
• Discounted Celebration Suite for bride and groom - if 10 rooms are reserved under a wedding block, the Celebration Suite is 50% off.  If 20 rooms are reserved, the Celebration Suite is completely free. The Grand Fireplace Suite is also an option for fall and winter weddings
• Guestrooms are held up until 30 days before wedding date. After this time, any rooms that have not been reserved will be released back into our inventory so that bride and groom are not responsible for any un-reserved rooms

Shuttle Service

• Shuttle service is available exclusively to your wedding group once reserved
• The 15 person shuttle has two time and price options: either 4 hours for $200 or 10 hours for $400
• Shuttle is based on a first-come, first-served basis and will travel within a 10 mile radius

Private Booking Webpage

• Country Inn & Suites can create a private booking webpage for your guests to book their reservations
• The webpage can contain any information you would like such as: information on the ceremony, reception, driving directions, the shuttle schedule, gift registry and more
• Wedding groups can personalize their webpage with photographs and can choose their own webpage address
