Hotel Cancellation Policy
Hotel accepts guaranteed reservations only by cash or credit card
Individual reservations must be cancelled no later than 4pm on date of arrival.
Group reservations must be cancelled no later than 4pm 72 hours prior to arrival
Special event dates must be cancelled by 4pm 14 days prior to arrival
Pet Friendly Ontario, CA Hotel Pet Policy
$20.00 non-refundable pet fee for room cleaning per night
$50.00 non-refundable pet fee for room cleaning per week

Cash Pay and Local Resident Deposits Policies
For local residents and cash-paying guests, a minimum $200.00 deposit, as well as a valid credit card will be required at time of check-in. The cardholder must be present at check in.
