  • Numerous set-up options to fit your particular needs. Table cloths (and table skirting for the head table) are included in the total cost of reception room rental
  • Decoration rentals are also available, or you can make your own, ask for rental details and brochures.
  • We offer special rates for your out-of-town guests who would like to stay in our beautiful Country rooms or Country suites. Whirlpool, fireplace and poolside suites are also available, please ask for a tour, we would love to show you around. Gift baskets may be purchased at the front desk and placed in the room to greet your guests
  • Numerous amenities are available to our overnight guests, such as a fitness center, complimentary Continental "plus" breakfast, bedtime snacks and free local transportation. We also can help in arranging golf packages and other entertainment.
  • Special Menus: Available upon request
  • Service Charges & Tax: All rental rates and food prices are subject to applicable taxes
  • Guarantee: An approximate number of guests is required at booking. However, your caterer will need an exact count prior to your scheduled event. We will also need an exact count and a set-up diagram 4 days before the event. A credit card will be required to hold the reception area for your event at the time of booking; 50% of rental rate + tax is due 45 days prior to the event with the balance due 10 days prior.
  • Cancellation policy: Any event canceled without seven (7) days prior notice will be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Changes: Any changes or alterations to any phase of your event must be communicated to the sales department seven (7) days prior to the event.
  • Security: Social events of 40 or more persons scheduled for 5 PM or after will require a security staff at $20 per hour, minimum of 3 hours. Security charges are to be paid 45 days prior to event.
  • Musicians, Disk Jockeys, etc. must be approved prior to the event by hotel management. All music must stop no later than 10 PM
  • Pins, tacks or tape of any kind may not be attached to any surface in the reception room, or any public space. Materials, posters, signs or literature may not be displayed or distributed on hotel property without approval by hotel management, prior to the event.
  • Any materials sent to the hotel prior to your arrival should be sent to the attention of the sales department and marked with the name of your group and the group arrival date. These items will be logged and stored until your arrival. Storage fees may apply. Country Inn & Suites cannot assume any responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left before, during or after your event.
  • Any damage done to the hotel property or equipment is the responsibility of the quests and will be charged accordingly
