Wedding Location in North Phoenix: Wedding Agreement
Function space rental: The hotel banquet room can accommodate a quaint wedding reception of 30 guests to a large event of up to 100 guests.
Ceremony site: Choose from either our charming grassy back terrace overlooking the pool for ceremonies up to 50 guests or our full-length covered veranda for ceremonies up to 80 guests. This includes a white wooden arch, white wooden chairs, isle runner and a unity candle table.
Gold Package: Includes room rental only and accommodates up to 100 guests. All tables, white table clothes, banquet chairs, centerpieces and a Country Suite for the Bride and Groom are included.
Diamond Package: This package covers room rental, dance floor, all tables, white table cloths, banquet chairs, linen napkins (matching the colors of your wedding), centerpieces and wedding cake for up to 100 guests. The Diamond Packages also includes a Country Suite for the Bride and Groom. (Cake and napkins are based on 100 guests; an additional charge applies for more than 100 utilizing the banquet space and Veranda.)
Platinum Package: This package includes the ceremony site and the Diamond Package.
Decor: We proved round dinner tables, banquet chairs, centerpieces (mirrored tile with votive candles, white table clothes and skirting). Your caterer, florist or various rental shops may complete all other decorations. Your Deer Valley hotel wedding contact will be happy to assist you with information regarding any other substance.
Guest room accommodations: Have you guests stay at the Country Inn & Suites - Deer Valley! Let us take care of your out-of-town guests! With 10 or more sleeping rooms booked at the hotel, a discount will apply to either package.
Flexibly: At the Country Inn & Suites - Deer Valley you have the option of bringing in your own catering and other wedding assistants. Or -- we can do it for you with our partnership with some fantastic local caterers.
Musical Entertainment: Music is permitted on the Veranda between 1:00pm and 10:00pm. In the banquet room, you may have music until 11:00pm. All functions must end by 12:00 midnight. Tables are provided for your DJ.
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required along with a signed agreement within 10 days of booking your event. credit card is requested to be kept on file to guarantee any additional charges. We please ask that no confetti is used in the ballroom. You are responsible for all clean up and any damages.
Payment in Advance: Banquet space must be paid in full, thirty (30) days prior to the event. Payment may be made by cash, check or credit card.
Alcoholic Beverages: Alcoholic beverages are permitted in banquet space and Veranda areas only. Security must be provided by the hotel for a minimum of four hours at a nominal fee.
