(Both packages include all tables, white table clothes, banquet chairs, centerpieces and a Country Suite).

• Ceremony Site: Choose from either our quaint grassy back terrace overlooking the pool for ceremonies up to 50 people or our full length covered Veranda for ceremonies up to 80 people. Ceremony fee is $800.00 plus applicable taxes and includes a white wooden arch, white wooden chairs, isle runner and a unity candle table. (If more then 80 chairs are needed there will be an additional $4.00 per chair).
• Flexibility: At the Country Inn & Suites-Deer Valley you have the option of bringing in your own catering and other accommodations.
• Décor: We provide round dinner tables, banquet chairs, centerpieces (mirrored tile with votive candles), white table clothes and skirting. Your caterers, florist or various rental shops may complete all other decorations. Your Deer Valley hotel contact will be happy to assist you with information regarding any decorations or rental items. The hotel will not permit the affixing of anything to walls, floors or ceilings with nails, staples, tape or any other substance. There is no confetti permitted in the ballroom. You are responsible for all clean up, trash and if any damage has been done to the ballroom or bathrooms.
• Musical Entertainment: Music is permitted on the Veranda as early as 1:00pm and no later than 10:00pm. In the ballroom, you may have music until 11:00pm. All functions must end by 12:00 midnight. Tables are provided for your DJ. Your hotel contact will be happy to provide information on dance floor rentals.
• Guest Room Accommodations: Have your guests stay at the Country Inn & Suites-Deer Valley! We can offer great group rates. Contact the sales department for more information.
• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required along with a signed contract within 10 days of booking. A credit card is requested to be kept on file to guarantee any additional charges incurred.
• Payment in Advance: Banquet space must be paid in full, sixty (60) days prior to the event. Payment may be made by cash, check or credit card.
• Alcoholic Beverages: Alcoholic beverages are permitted in function area only. Security must be provided by the hotel for a minimum of four hours at $25.00 per hour if alcohol is to be served.
