    “Dirty furniture and torn carpet”

    Trip type: 
    The furniture had black stains all over it. The chair was worst than the couch. The carpet had gum in it and was torn in several places. The only thing with the bathroom was it kept stopping up without reason. The internet was good but decided not to use the pool or try the breakfast. We had very noisy neighbors the first night. Would not stay again unless things improve. We visit family in Powder Springs,Ga and without going all the way to Atlanta we don't have to many options for the small town.

    Dear 'Wanda M'. We want to take this opportunity to thank you for taking the time to share a review of your personal experience and of course, for staying with us. We are deeply sorry that you were seemingly far less than satisfied and apologize, as our very purpose is your satisfaction. This report is not at all a reflection of who we are or strive to be and we take that seriously. Please know that your feedback counts and rest assured, the issues listed are being addressed with our Team. We are in the process of full renovations and are very close to getting our carpets changed out. Until then, there has been carpet cleaning/shampooing service scheduled to prevent issues as this one. We invite you to return, at which point we will plan to exceed your expectations.
