If one is staying longer than 2 days, choose the larger suites ... may cost a little more but gives more space. If there are multiples in the party, there are two TVs so each can watch their own shows as well as have a little space to themselves. (HappyHarlingen)

Top floor is my favorite. I was not on the top floor here but never heard any footsteps above. I wonder if they try to take that into consideration in order to increase the quiet for customers in the lower floors. (NiftyGrammy)

Ask for a room in the back of the hotel which is a suite and is larger. Test the a/c unit to make sure it's not too loud for sleeping. (SJRamz)

The 1st night was very quiet but the 2nd night a group of people were gathered outside our room talking, laughing etc....which wouldn't have been a problem except it was late and they kept waking us up. (Carole W)

in general, not a good experience. From the bath tub having rust stains and mildew to the hotel not having a shuttle service as initially said, this experience has been the worst hotel stay by far. The "business center" couldn't even print a few simple pages.

Dear SYED S,
I am so sorry to hear about your experience that you had during your stay. My staff is dedicated to making sure that our guests are comfortable, I am not sure if you had contacted the desk? But I do know that they would have realized the problem and would have moved you to a comfortable room. We hope that during your next visit you will stop by so that we may show you that our rooms are very clean and inviting.

Good hotel with clean rooms and a good hot breakfast. They no longer have the airport shuttle even though their web site shows it. We would stay there again. The only negative we have is the blanket is very heavy so you have to kick it off and turn the heat up.
