Mr Felsinger also provided transportation to and from the institute for their patients--a service gratefully appreciated by all of us. She also made a follow-up call while I was in transit to check and see if I was ok and if there was anything else she could do to assist me. Very excellent customer service. Most people today don't care about you and this was like in the past when we did care about each other. Her name was Pam or Pamela Rollins. She also set me up with Club Carlson before I departed. "I dealt mostly with Donte' and Ms. Peggy. They were very pleasant and family oriented.
We came to the Country Inns & Suites and left to check out other Hotels. We came back in approximately 30 minutes. Country Inns and Suites were leaps and bounds above the other hotels we checked out.
