"As I travelled on board my flight from Dubai my recently acquired 'capped' tooth fell out and I was in incredible pain. I drove from the airport to the hotel and I cannot tell you how friendly and genuinely concerned your reception staff were. They gave me information regarding local dentists and offered assistance with directions and immediate remedies to relieve the pain. I stayed for 3 nights and was delighted with the comfort of the room and the facilities. I stayed in my room the second day due to the 'visit' to a local dentist and your staff called twice to make sure I was OK... how refreshing. I can assure you that when I return I will insist that we change our policy to make Country Inn & Suites our first 'port of call' for US travel."
