I stayed at this hotel as it was on a list for a cheer competition and the one downtown was booked. I paid $179. This hotel is located in a bad part of town with a lot of construction surrounding it. There is only one place to eat nearby that is decent ( Mexican restaurant across the street). The hotel is very outdated but the beds are pretty nice and comfortable. The workout room is a 25 year old treadmill in a big closet. The breakfast is decent but the meat on the buffet is disgusting. I don't even know what it was. We stayed in room 209 and I am not kidding when I say there was blood splatter on the wall. It is right above room bench wall by the t.v. We didn't stay the second night there and the manager was very nice and did not charge me.

Nice hotel with a friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms were clean and despite being close to both the freeway and railroad tracks the hotel was quiet. Fresh baked cookies and a hot cup of tea is a welcome late night treat. Rates are very reasonable and would definitely stay at this property again.

Very nice, clean hotel, near stockyards. Room was large, and well kept. Breakfast was delicious. Pool, and hot tub looked clean. Very good Mexican restaurant right across street. A great place to stay if visiting the stockyards or downtown attractions. Close to everything, but a nice quiet location.

great location to Stockyards. so if you want to go to the Stockyards definitely stay here for the price. Stockyard hotels are very pricy and this hotel has a shuttle to take you there and back. The hotel is very clean and staff friendly. Do not eat at the restaurant beside it because the food is not very good for Mexican food in Texas.
