May 3 

Breitenbach's Dandelion May Fest & Great Dandelion Cook Off, "One of the top 5 best festivals to attend". Enjoy TV Food Network, entertainment, fine arts and crafts, 5K run, children's activities, dandelion food and wine. 20th Annual Cook off. Time: noon-7 p.m.

May 24-26

Canal Dover Festival.  Enjoy continuous free entertainment on two stages, food, beverage garden, rides and contests! All profits used for college scholarships.

June 12-16

Dennison Railroad Festival.  Enjoy five fun-filled days of great amusement rides (Bates Amusement), food, games, activities, train exhibit and entertainment for all ages. Parade held Saturday at 5 p.m. Car show held Sunday at noon.

June 20-22

9th Annual Bolivar Strawberry Festival. Enjoy strawberry food, crafts, businesses, entertainment, amusement rides, Queen & Princess Pageants and parade, all with FREE entrance.

July 4-8

 

First Town Days Festival. Features a 1928 antique carousel and childrens train and ferris wheel. Tuscora Park will have a grand parade, car show, talent show, 5K run, ongoing entertainment and food and games, capped off with a spectacular fireworks display.

Ohio Swiss Festival. Enjoy authentic Swiss costumes, continuous free Swiss entertainment, Steinstossen (stone throwing) competition, 5K and 10K cheese chase, fine wine tasting, kiddies and grand parade.

Oct 4-6

 

Atwood Fall Festival featuring arts and craft exhibits from local crafters, a chrome lovers' car show, entertainment to keep your toes tapping and mouth-watering food. The festival hosts exhibits ranging from blacksmith, Revolutionary War display, radio controlled model airplanes, petting zoo and much more.

Warthers Christmas Tree Festival: A forest of beautifully decorated Christmas trees will be set amid Warthers famous carvings. Each tree, with its own unique theme, will be for sale. 11a.m-8 p.m.

Dec 7-8

 

Christmas in Zoar: Experience an old fashioned Christmas in beautiful Historic Zoar Village. Over 40 juried arts and crafts displays and gifts, entertainment, German food, Santa's Workshop and reindeer for the kids. Enjoy organ music and traditional tree lighting ceremony, wagon rides, sleigh display. Fun for the whole family.
Dec 13-15 and 20-22 The Polar Express: Children dressed in pajamas hop aboard a train headed to the North Pole to pick up Santa and his elves. Along the way, enjoy a story, hot chocolate, cookies, and elves entertaining with games and songs.
