1. Do you have rollaway’s available?
We do have a rollaway on the property at no additional cost and it is available on a first come, first serve basis. In addition we do have inflatable mattresses available upon request.
2. Do you accept pets?
We do not accept pets at this location, and a fee of $250.00 will be charged to the form of payment. However, service animals are welcome and there is a dog boarding facility across the street from us called “Camp Bow Wow”.
3. Do you have any smoking rooms?
We are a 100% smoke free facility; there are designated smoking areas on the exterior of the building. In addition, there is a $250.00 environmental fee for smoking in any of our guest rooms or interior public spaces.
4. Is there free parking?
Parking at our facility is 100% complimentary.
5. Do you have adjoining rooms?
We do not have adjoining rooms at our facility; however, we will do our best to place the rooms you are requesting as close together as possible.
6. Do you have rooms with two beds and a separate living room area?
We do not have a room with two queen size beds and an additional living room space. However, we have several different room types to fit the needs of families and corporate clients, including a studio suite with two queen beds and a pull out sofa (please contact the front desk for availability).
7. Do you have early check-in?
We are able to check any guest in after 9 a.m. as long as we have an available room. By calling a few hours ahead of your scheduled time to arrive, we will do our best to get a room ready for you.
8. Do you have a lifeguard on staff for your pool area?
We do not have a lifeguard at our facility in the pool area. Any guest who enters the pool under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
9. How close are you to restaurants and shopping?
We are within walking distance to many popular restaurants such as The Brickhouse, Applebees and O’Charley’s. In addition, we are also close to fast food facilities such as Taco Bell, McDonalds and Chick Fil-A. We are within one mile of the Chapel Hill Mall, Target, Staples, TJ Maxx, etc.
10. Do you have hot items on your breakfast buffet?
Our complimentary "Be Our Guest" hot breakfast includes items such as savory bacon, delicious sausage, scrambled eggs, and rosemary potatoes. These items are rotated on a daily basis so that our guests can enjoy a wonderful breakfast each morning.
11. Do you have a late check-out time?
We understand that sometimes schedules don’t always go as planned; please contact the front desk directly to schedule a late check-out. Late check-outs are based on availability and charges may apply.
12. Do you have a shuttle service?
At this time we do not provide shuttle service at the property, however, by contacting the hotel directly we would be able to set up a time with a local taxi service that could take you to your destination.
13. Do you have a meeting room at your facility?
Yes! We have beautiful meeting room at our facility that can accommodate up to 50 guests. Our meeting room is very spacious and includes complimentary water with each business or baby shower function.
14. How close are you to Blossom Music Center?
We are just short drive from the Blossom Music Center, 10 miles to be exact. If you are looking for information, please contact us or stop by the desk and we would be glad to print out directions for you. You could also visit www.blossommusic.com for concerts and events happening at the venue.
15. Is your facility newly renovated?
In 2010 we successfully completed a total renovation of the property. We are continuously upgrading our facility to enhance the guest experience with each stay. We have recently added sound proof windows and soothing sound machines to our one bedroom king suites for a more peaceful nights rest; in addition we have upgraded our heating and cooling systems in all guest rooms as well as expanded our WIFI band width to accommodate travelers that work and play using High Speed Internet.
16. How old do you have to be to check-in?
You must be 21 years old to check-in.
17. What time is check-in?
Check-in time is at 3 p.m.
18. What time is check-out?
Check-out time is at 12 p.m.
19. Do you have a fitness room?
We do have a 24-hour fitness room at this facility equipped with treadmills, a weight machine an elliptical bike.
20. Do you have a laundry service on site?
There are several options at our facility for laundry services. You may send out your laundry for dry cleaning each morning before 9 a.m. by bringing it down to the desk and we will take care of your items by making sure they are delivered. The charge will then be placed on your bill, unless otherwise specified. In addition, we also do have a washer and dryer on site. To wash your clothes it will cost $1.50 per load and to dry your clothing it will cost $1.00 per load.
21. Can someone else pay for my reservation?
Yes, someone else can pay for your reservation, however, we do require a credit card authorization form to be filled out along with a copy of the credit card and the cardholders ID.

22. If I make a local call does it cost anything?
Local calls are free of charge.
23. What time is the indoor pool open?
The pool opens at 6 a.m. and closes at 12 a.m.
24. Do you have a Business Center that guests can use?
We do have a 24-hour business center that includes a computer with internet access and Microsoft office. Also we do have a printer which acts as a copy machine.
