1. Do you have rollaways available?
The hotel does have a rollaway on the property at no additional cost, and it is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. In addition, the hotel does have inflatable mattresses available upon request.
2. Do you accept pets?
The hotel does not accept pets at this location, and a fee of $250 will be charged to the form of payment. However, service animals are welcome, and there is a dog boarding facility across the street from the hotel called “Camp Bow Wow.”
3. Do you have any smoking rooms?
This Akron-area hotel is a 100% smoke-free facility; there are designated smoking areas on the exterior of the building. In addition, there is a $250 environmental fee for smoking in any of the guest rooms or interior public spaces.

5. Do you have adjoining rooms?
The hotel does not have adjoining rooms; however, staff will do their best to place the rooms you are requesting as close together as possible.

The hotel does not have a room with two queen-size beds and an additional living room space. However, there are several different room types to fit the needs of families and corporate clients, including a Studio Suite with two queen beds and a pull-out sofa. 7. Do you have early check-in?
The hotel is able to check any guest in after 9 a.m. as long as a room is available. By calling a few hours ahead of your scheduled time to arrive, the hotel will do its best to get a room ready for you.
8. Do you have a lifeguard on staff for your pool area?
The hotel does not have a lifeguard in the pool area at the facility. Any guest who enters the pool under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
9. How close are you to restaurants and shopping?
The hotel is within walking distance of many popular restaurants, such as The Brickhouse, Applebee's and O’Charley’s. In addition, the hotel is also close to fast-food eateries, such as Taco Bell, McDonald's and Chick-Fil-A. The hotel is within one mile of the Chapel Hill Mall, Target, Staples, TJ Maxx and other retail shops.
10. Do you have hot items on your breakfast buffet?
The complimentary, hot Be Our Guest Breakfast buffet includes items, such as savory bacon, delicious sausage, scrambled eggs and rosemary potatoes. These items are rotated on a daily basis so that hotel guests can enjoy a wonderful breakfast each morning.
11. Do you have a late check-out time?
The hotel understands that sometimes schedules don’t always go as planned; please contact the front desk directly to schedule a late check-out. Late check-outs are based on availability and charges may apply.
12. Do you have a shuttle service?
At this time, the hotel does not provide shuttle service at the property; however, by contacting the hotel directly, staff would be able to set up a time with a local taxi service that could take you to your destination.
13. Do you have a meeting room at your facility?
Yes! The hotel has a beautiful meeting room that can accommodate up to 50 guests. The meeting room is very spacious and includes complimentary water with each business or baby shower function.
14. How close are you to Blossom Music Center?
The hotel is just a short drive to the Blossom Music Center; 10 miles to be exact. If you are looking for information, please contact the hotel or stop by the front desk. 15. Is your facility newly renovated?
In 2010, this Akron-area hotel successfully completed a total renovation of the property. The hotel is continuously upgrading the facility to enhance the guest experience with each stay. The hotel has recently added soundproof windows and soothing sound machines to the One-bedroom King Suites for a more peaceful night's rest. In addition, the hotel has upgraded the heating and cooling systems in all guest rooms, as well as expanded the high-speed Internet.
16. How old do you have to be to check-in?
You must be 21 years old to check-in.
17. What time is check-in?
Check-in time is at 3 p.m.
18. What time is check-out?
Check-out time is at noon.
19. Do you have a fitness room?
There is a fitness center, open 24 hours, at this facility. It is equipped with treadmills, a weight machine and an elliptical bike.
20. Do you have a laundry service on site?
There are several options at the facility for laundry services. You may send out your laundry for dry cleaning each morning before 9 a.m. by bringing it down to the desk, and the hotel will take care of your items by making sure they are delivered. The charge will then be placed on your bill, unless otherwise specified. In addition, the hotel also offers a washer and dryer onsite. To wash your clothes, it will cost $1.50 per load and to dry your clothing it will cost $1 per load.
21. Can someone else pay for my reservation?
Yes, someone else can pay for your reservation; however, the hotel does require a credit card authorization form to be filled out along with a copy of the credit card and the cardholders ID.

The pool opens at 6 a.m. and closes at midnight.

The hotel does have a 24-hour business center, which includes a computer with Internet access and Microsoft Office. Also, the center has a printer which acts as a copy machine.
