    Very clean and nice hotel. Close to restraunts and just outside of charlotte. Good price for the location. Had a problem with my room next to kitchen down stairs, they woke me up early by banging and closing drawers loud. The hotel change rooms upon my request with no problem.

    I am a travel agent and favor Country Inn & Suites properties. This time was different. The front desk girl was new and made a mistake on my rate. Understandable. However when the GM saw the rate, she called the front desk and told them I would have to check out if I did not pay rack rate. (more than double). I refused and ended up having to call a manager at home to get to stay. We had been in the room for hours and my children were getting ready for bed. Once home I realized that they over charged me by 3x. I pride myself for looking out for my customers and I will never again put them at this property which clearly cares very little about their guests.
