    We did not enjoy our stay, the room was dirty, and also had bugs in it. After checking out I waited on Tom for 30 minutes to receive a $10.00 credit. Tom never did show up, I got tried and left. I did leave my number for Tom to call, well he never did. I called him back, I would like to gat a full refund if anyway possible!

    Glenda F, It sounds like the team dropped the ball with your stay all around. I am so sorry for the lack of cleanliness and the insects. I would like to speak with you more about this and offer compensation. Please give me a call at the hotel whenever you are able to see this response. I do not have your contact information from the site. Again, I am sorry about the many inconveniences and I will assure you that I will speak to Tommy and the rest of the team to make sure issues like this do not arise again. I hope to hear from you soon.
