    We always stay at this hotel whether for business or leisure. Very accommodating and you know what to expect every time. I enjoy the full breakfast in the morning lots of options hot or cold. It is conveniently located from gas stations, restaurants and right off of the highway yet it is quiet.

    The stay was wonderful. The bed was clean, as well as the sheets and pillows. The nicest thing was having enough options for pillows and the extra blanket in the closet. The breakfast was very broad for choices very nice. Now the not so positive. Firstly, we booked online third party, everything was confirmed and I decided to call the hotel to make sure they have my reservation. The hotel answered and the lady on the other side barely talked and when she did start talking you couldn't understand her very well, she hung up on me. I called the 800 number directly off their website and it was confirmed to me by the gentleman that I had my reservation but he couldn't seem to tell me what type of room I had booked but that I had one. The day of that we stayed I got a phone call from a very nice lady who told me I didn't actually have the room they said I booked and that she could get me a different one and I didn't mind at least she called. Secondly, I showed up to the hotel late at night 11:30ish checked in there were still families awake and up at the pool and roaming around very noisily. We ended up being first floor down the hall from the pool and it was very enjoyable until we wanted to lay down and go to sleep, anytime anyone went by it was loud, and sounded like they were right in the same room as us. The doors slamming weren't very pleasant either (which that happens at all hotels). Third, the bathroom just was no where close to any type of clean I would ever want it. The bath towel I decided to dry off with had red/brown stains on it and the others had hairs hanging off them. There was soap scum all around the tub, and the bathroom floor had similar spots on them that were red/brown that wiped up when I cleaned it myself. If it had been earlier in the evening I would have went to the desk to ask if we could get cleaning supplies and new towels. Overall I would come back and give them another chance to do better because lets face it you can't control people or third party online bookings. The bathroom however just needs to be checked on better.
