"Our stay was during the blizzard of 2010 (snowing to beat the band)...and the manager on duty must be given a lot of credit because with the snow, she was making breakfast, checking out customers and making coffee...she really did a fine job of holding it all together to make our stay comfortable. Also, no housecleaning staff reported due to the snow. But, the manager assured us that if we needed anything like towels, trash dumped, shampoo, soap, etcetera, to let her know. Again, this young lady did a super job..."

"Arrived early at the hotel--before check-in. They went to check to see if my room was ready. When it was not ready, despite it being early, they put me into a suite. The manager was very friendly about it and said that it would be a better fit for my two-year old - more room to run around. She also was good about mentioning services such as the pool for helping to entertain my toddler. I was not expecting this, but it was a wonderful surprise and treat for a mom who needed a little pampering! Thank you, I felt very special!"
