"I recently stayed at the Country Inn and Suites and had fantastic customer service from all of the staff. I stayed a full week and the breakfast was great and they had a very inviting atmosphere in the main lobby. I can't say enough about the staff. They were fantastic, from the front desk to the clean rooms. The hotel was within walking distance of a mall and it is located in a very safe area of town to do so. Very quiet - very unusual for a week long stay. I would definitely stay again!!"

"I was with a very large, difficult group and the hotel staff was nothing but hospitable. It was very refreshing to see people that were as well-mannered and helpful as the front desk staff and the managers. I have stayed at other hotels in that area, and the Country Inn is by far the cleanest, most homey hotel in the area. I give this hotel two thumbs up and highly recommend that anybody stay there on their next visit to Charleston."

"My husband and I visited some friends there in Charleston, and we were too tired to drive to our next destination. So we decided that we'd get a room. After calling around to several hotels, this one had a decent price. Staff was excellent. Making sure our every needs were met. When we opened the door to our room, we were both shocked. It appeared to be very clean. Everything neatly placed, heat on when we arrived. And the bed was more comfortable that any bed I have ever been on... The bathroom was very spacious and clean also. This WILL NOT be our last time going there..."

"The young lady at the time of check-in was positively wonderful. She gave us help with the area questions and sent us to a great restaurant for dinner. She is an asset to the business...the manager was also excellent. She greeted us at check-in and actually brought us up fresh baked cookies to our room...what a pleasant surprise and very kind. Was a wonderful stay with a great staff...thanks! Would do it again anytime."

"The staff was excellent. I think a guy named Matt helped me make my reservation. He was very friendly and helpful. The person that cleaned our room was very friendly and helpful. I can not remember her name. Also, the manager on staff printed directions to a festival where we could watch fireworks for Independence day. I think her name was Pamela. I also thought the breakfast room staff person was extremely attentive and professional. Overall, the staff exceeded my expectations for customer service. We enjoyed our stay and thought the quality was appropriate for our price point."
