For your out-of-town guests, we offer discounted group rates, shuttle service, an event center and more. Whether it is working hand-in-hand with you to plan your on-site wedding reception or simply setting up a room block for your out-of-town guests, the newly renovated Country Inn & Suites can do it all.
Our hotel amenities include:

- Newly renovated guest rooms, featuring granite wet bars, 32" HD flat-screen TVs, and feather-filled duvets
- Event Center that holds up to 120 people for wedding receptions, groom's dinners, bridal showers, and gift openings (full-service catering available)

- Wired/wireless high-speed Internet access (complimentary)

- Discounted beverages at our on-site High Timber Lounge
- Discounted wedding room blocks
Group Rates
- Discounted beverages at our on-site High Timber Lounge
- Discounted group rates are available for room blocks of 10 or more rooms
- A maximum of 20 rooms can be put aside per night; if more are needed, additional rooms can be added on once block has filled
- Discounted rates apply to both our Standard Double Queen Guestrooms and our One Bedroom King Suites
- Discounted suite for bride and groom - if 10 rooms are reserved under a wedding block, the Suite is 50% off. If 20 rooms are reserved, the suite is completely free on the night of your wedding. Guestrooms are held until 30 days before the wedding date. After this time, any rooms that have not been reserved will be released back into our inventory so the bride and groom are not responsible for any un-reserved rooms.
Shuttle Service
- The 15-person shuttle costs $500 to reserve
- The total number of actual shuttle runs is based upon your total reserved rooms at the hotel for the day of your wedding
- Shuttle service is available exclusively to your wedding group once reserved
- Shuttle is based on a first-come, first-served basis and will travel within a 10 mile radius
