All staff was pleasant and accommodating. We arrived two hours early for check-in and we were immediately given a room and could unpack. The room was clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable to sleep on; even the pull-out bed. The location was easy for us to use and there were a variety of restaurants and gas stations nearby. We enjoyed our stay very much.
I am very bad with names but this hotel is not. I called for reservations and only had to tell the girl my name. She then took care of my reservations with me only saying which date I needed. The man who seemed to be in charge at night was extremely hospitable and polite. Everyone there was above excellent standards, but he was even more so. We appreciate the consistency of quality at ALL Country Inns and Suites, and always seek them out when traveling because we know we won't be disappointed. We were so completely impressed with your hotel this was our first time staying at a country inn and suites, I just love the homey feeling of the lobby and the stairs to the second floor. You feel like your at home. We stay here because you have "true" suites. With a door that separates a living area. With two kids we needed to have that so they could sleep and we could still watch T.V. We got one of your "huge" suites behind the elevator which was a total surprise...we loved it! And what a great room for the price! The bed was like sleeping on clouds it was so comfortable. I couldn't believe I was sleeping on a bed in a hotel. Next time we travel we will be sure to look for one of your hotels to stay! Thank you!
