    “Quality and variety of breakfast is going down”

    Staff and accommodations were both good. Breakfast was OK but it seems that the quality and variety is going down. This is a trend I am seeing in other hotel brands that offer "free" breakfast, as well. I would not be surprised this is occurring because of cost cutting measures designed to improve the bottom line, which in this case, may reduce satisfaction of the customer. Personally speaking, if this trend continues, I will seriously consider staying at hotel brands, even if I have to pay directly for breakfast.

    Staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. I left computer in room and was so grateful to staff for finding and returning it to me via UPS. It was carefully packed and arrived in good condition.
