Can we mail a package to the hotel?
Yes, but the hotel cannot be responsible for any packages delivered or the cost associated for returning the package. If you would like to have a package delivered to the hotel, you must put the name that is on your reservation and the confirmation number on the package.

Does the hotel offer shuttle service to and from the airport?
No, but we recommend Cocoa Beach Shuttle at +1 (888) 784-4144.
Is your hotel non-smoking?
Yes, we are 100% non smoking. Our outside designated smoking area is on the south side of the building.
What is your check-in and check-out time?
Our check-in time is 3 p.m. and our check-out time is 12 noon.
Can we leave our vehicle at the hotel during our cruise?
You must book the Park and Cruise Package in order to leave your vehicle here during your cruise.
What does the Park and Cruise package include?
It includes the cost of parking one vehicle at the hotel for the duration of one cruise. It also includes free round trip transportation to and from the cruise ship for everyone listed on your room (maximum of six guests per room).
What is the cost for an additional vehicle?
It's only $40.00 plus taxes to park an additional vehicle.
Is there an extra charge to park an RV or any vehicle larger than one parking space?
Yes, please contact the hotel for pricing.
If we are not parking a vehicle at your hotel, what is the cost of the shuttle to the cruise ship?
The cost of the shuttle is only $5.00 per person each way.
