Students, coaches, families and faculty receive a $74 flat rate with up to 4 people per room. Enter your dates and click "Go" to see availability for our special offer rate. We'll even include a Special Complimentary Recreation Room for the first team to book with us. The room will include evening games, snacks and three $5 Cold Stone gift certificates for each team.

We'll even provide free food! When the team has won at least their first two matches during tournament play, the pizza or sandwiches are on us! The team can choose between several food vendors selected by the hotel, up to a maximum retail value or "cap" of $75. A limited selection of beverages is provided by the hotel with the food.

If the team wins their tournament, the hotel will help celebrate the winner and will provide additional surprises - to be determined.

• When making reservations, schools and non-profits will need to provide (by fax or at the time of check-in) their Tax Exempt form as valid proof. Reservations are subject to availability. This offer is valid only on direct bookings - not valid with third party or commissionable bookings.
• Purchase Orders (P.O's) are accepted. Rooming list of persons with the group is due in advance of the arrival date unless other arrangements are made with front desk staff prior to expected date of arrival. P.O's and Rooming List can be FAXED to: (208) 639-7999.
• Check-in is 3:00 p.m. Check-out is 12:00 Noon. The hotel needs at least one full day advance notice of any request for early check-in or late check-out. Approval is at the discretion of management. The hotel can provide late check-outs up to 4pm for a reduced fee of only $35 for up to two rooms. Exceptions must be agreed upon in advance with management.
• Notice of cancellation must be made two weeks prior to the scheduled check-in date. Exceptions may be granted at management's discretion based on "acts of god," team elimination and compelling emergency beyond the reasonable control of the team. Cancellation penalty is the total cost of the first night's stay.
